Team Coach/Manager/Volunteer Requirements & Registration

All requirements, except as otherwise noted below, must be completed prior to being rostered and on the ice with a team

1. USA Hockey player/coach registration
2. Background screening
3. SafeSport
4. Concussion training (save certificate to upload)
5. Age-Specific Modules for all age levels you will be coaching
6. Coaching Education Program (CEP) - annual clinic up through Levels 4 or 5, or Level 4-5 continuing education. Adaptive hockey and 8U coaches may stop at Level 1. Must be completed by December 31st of each year.

Use the links on the right to register with USA Hockey, complete your background screening, SafeSport training, concussion training, age-specific modules, and continuing education clinic or training.
